The current study examines both the legislative and institutional frameworks, as well as other influences with regard to the Georgian anti-discrimination system, stemming from the work of national and international NGOs in this respect, as well as from the support that the EU offers under the Neighbourhood Policy and particularly the Eastern Partnership.
