With financial support of Open Society Georgia Foundation On May 9, 2008 ICSPRA gave training to chiefs of Harm Reduction Georgia network and its 13 member organizations on the topic of organizational management.
The training program included topics on fundamental principles of organizational management, efficiency of employment performance, motivation of employees, conflict management, functions of management, skills required for managers, etc.
