National Seminar for Investigative Reporters

 

The Danish sponsored network Scoop, which supports investigative reporting in East – and Southeast Europe, invites colleagues from Georgia to a national seminar in Tbilisi on Saturday 4th of October 2008. Scoop will be able to support investigative reporting in Georgia for the next three years.

The national seminar will be in both Georgian, Russian and English. The seminar will start at 11.00 a.m. and finish in late afternoon.

Public defender Mr. Sozar Subari will talk about the freedom of the press, Mr. Zhenya Rybka, Ukraine, will tell about his investigations supported by Scoop and Ms. Solveig Gram Jensen from Scoop, will introduce the work of Scoop.
