Since 2006 OSGF has been implementing project “Monitoring of the State Healthcare program for the population below the poverty line” in terms of OSGF Rule of Law and Public Administration program.
The current report was developed on the basis of material obtained from January to November, 2006. It includes the analysis of the implementation of The State Healthcare Program for the Population below the Poverty Line in 2006 and ten months in 2007.
