The story originated after Lutsk administration expressing desire to host the children from the conflict affected families in August. They addressed Gori administration with this proposal and at this stage Open Society Georgia Foundation got involved and granted financial support to project “Psycho-social rehabilitation program of IDPs and children in the conflict area” by charity humanitarian centre “Abkhazia”; this project tends to implement special rehabilitation program for children by experience staff of “Abkhazia”. The second group of children will leave on November 26.
