On April 22-24 Open society Georgia Foundation held a preliminary workshop for legal assistance office staff of the Ministry of Justice. The issues of human relations policy, human resources, evaluation of the quality of lawyer’s activities, effective communication were discussed.
The staff members of the central office of legal assistance and the heads of regional branches participated in the workshop. The aim of the workshop was to enhance corporate culture of the staff, to elaborate the principles and develop the skills required for dealing with clients and team working.
