On January 17, the Open Society Georgia Foundation hosted the book presentation “War, Justice, Peace”, prepared by Human Rights Priority with financial support of OSGF and other donors. The book contains histories of internally displaced people following the August war 2008 , overviews Georgian legislation and international norms on the rights of civilians during and after war and obligations of government. Cases processed by Human Rights Priority in Georgian courts and European Court of Human Rights are also included in the book.
