In 2014 the Parliament of Georgia adopted the law on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination, which is an important step forward in the modernization of the Georgian legal space.
This further enhances the standards of protection of human rights and equality rights in the country and provides an additional mechanism for restoring violated rights.
